The title is a riff on the yoga pose. In actuality, this is most likely the origin of the pose. So much of exercise and martial arts in particular emulates the movements and poses of animals. This big fellow got up from reclining and just needed a good, well deserved stretch.

Elena Nosyreva
You were lucky to capture a scene like this one, William!
William Fields replied:
Thanks Elena, it was lucky that I was there but I like to think there was a bit more than luck involved. I'm not comparing myself to the great photo artists, but I like to think that no one ever told Ansel Adams that it was lucky that he decided to photograph Yosemite Valley.

Hi William, I did read your rant. The funny thing is, I thought I was doing the opposite of what you explain. In my mind, if I say great shot, it sounds like what you described for saying great capture. In my mind saying great shot, sounds like it was a lucky shot that you didn't have that much to do with. In my mind saying great capture means you captured what you were intending to do, it took skill and talent. So I don't know what to say now! Sorry! I am going to look up the definition of both.
William Fields replied:
Thanks Linda. Who knows? I could be completely off.
