In Taoist philosophy there are three treasures, the earth, the mind and the spirit. The earth is most closely associated with the physical body. The mind or heart-mind is the repository of Qi or energy from the universe. The spirit is the way of heaven. All are connected to nature intrinsically through the three dantians or energy centers. In the picture heavens are reflected in the water below. Where does one begin and the other end?
