Artist's Description

The image is a young mature timber wolf named Teton at the Lakota Wolf Preserve in Mount Pleasant, New Jersey. He’s a very handsome boy and I fell for him in a big way. I had the impression that he thought I was pretty cool too. In this photograph, Teton has just had a drink and is dribbling a bit. The Preserve has a number of these wonderful creatures. Jim and Becky, the owners keep the wolves in prime health by understanding their needs. The setting is a gorgeous northern hardwood forest. The wolves are extremely photogenic because they are in excellent health and are very well cared for.

All of my works are fine art photographs. The Fine Art America algorithms do not allow photos to be sold as original art so in order to offer the original piece, my work must be listed as digital art. My work offered as "original' means that I will not sell the image to anyone else. The purchaser is guaranteed a one of a kind image which can only be acquired through direct contact with me....

Artists have been accused of being self aggrandizing, long winded, name droppers. I hate it when the critics get it right! In an attempt to diffuse those kinds of accusations, regardless of how accurate they may be, I am writing this statement today. Each picture I make begins with a germ of an idea. I visualize how I...
