Younger than the mountains, blowing like a breeze
Country Roads, take me home

Missouri has miles of unpaved roads and I spend much of my time exploring them looking for scenes to photograph. There is a creek that runs alongside the road to the left off the image. Part of what I liked about this picture is the way the road brings the viewer into the picture plane. At about midway, it bends to the right and then back to the left again just before the point where the road surface disappears. There is a glimpse of a sunstruck meadow that tells us that the road has snaked it's way into another turn. Take me home, country road.
