William, he looks like a candidate for "Speaker's Corner", and is even perched on a little soapbox. Whatever is his issue, he surely is giving you an earful! Interesting capture! voted

William Fields replied:

Thank you Cheri. Appreciate your kind words and support!

Wonderful image - the detail that was captured is beautiful. v

William Fields replied:

Thanks Marcia. I was standing next to the bird at roughly eye level and he was not intimidated by the camera.

Thanks Bob, we should get together and listen to Thelonious Monk sometime: )

OK William - I am either ending my day or beginning a new day (1am here) and I am doing it with a laugh. So thank you. He is definitely putting it all out there...what a hoot (howl). Have you ever heard howler monkeys...well they have nothing on this guy. V/F

William Fields replied:

The thanks goes to you Ann for your perseverance and laughter; ) I have actually heard howler monkeys. My first experience was on lake in the rainforest in eastern Ecuador. When I first heard them off in the distance, I thought it was a storm coming in. As I got closer, I was stunned by the power of their voices. But, you're right, this guy had a pretty big mouth too!
