Thanks Steve. This is a part of the cellars at Stone Hill Winery, the second largest winery in the U.S. prior to Prohibition with the largest underground cellars in North America. They offer tours daily.

For many of us, fine wine aging in oak barrels is reason enough to celebrate Joy to the World. When I first showed this picture using this title, many people immediately reacted with the words Joy to the World. I don't know if they were talking about the song or if that was how they felt about all that wine. I guess it doesn't matter. In the end, the picture is about mysteries of the cellars and the magic of juice of a fruit turning into "sunlight held together by water" as Galileo described it.
