For many of us, fine wine aging in oak barrels is reason enough to celebrate Joy to the World. When I first showed this picture using this title, many people immediately reacted with the words Joy to the World. I don't know if they were talking about the song or if that was how they felt about all that wine. I guess it doesn't matter. In the end, the picture is about mysteries of the cellars and the magic of juice of a fruit turning into "sunlight held together by water" as Galileo described it.
