Description
Jeremiah was a bullfrog
Was a good friend of mine
I never understood a single word he said
But I helped him a-drink his wine
And he always had some mighty fine wine
Singin'...
Joy to the world
All the boys and girls now
Joy to the fishes in the deep blue sea
Joy to you and me
From the song Joy to the World written by Hoyt Axton and as recorded by Three Dog Night
For many of us, fine wine aging in oak barrels is reason enough to celebrate Joy to the World. When I first showed this picture using this title, many people immediately reacted with the words Joy to the World. I don't know if they were talking about the song or if that was how they felt about all that wine. I guess it doesn't matter. In the end, the picture is about mysteries of the cellars and the magic of juice of a fruit turning into "sunlight held together by water" as Galileo described it. So, if you have a very nice bottle of wine that you've been saving for a special occasion, I encourage you to consider owning this picture and drinking that special bottle in celebration!

What wonderful shades of gray, wonderful clarity, fantastic focus. Not to mention what's in those barrels! Heck of a job. f/v
William Fields replied:
Lynne, thank you very much. I brought home a bottle of that wine last night... I was going to tell you how good it was but I suspect you know; )

Loved the song and your great shot I work Part time in a winery but I wish my private cellar looked like this one
William Fields replied:
Thanks Steve. This is a part of the cellars at Stone Hill Winery, the second largest winery in the U.S. prior to Prohibition with the largest underground cellars in North America. They offer tours daily.
