The Devil's Hopyard is an incredibly beautiful waterfall in East Haddam, Connecticut. The region once grew hops for beer brewing. Legend has it that in colonial days, a witches coven met at the base of the falls and the devil himself hopped and danced along at the top. This image is photographed with an infrared filter using a ten second exposure at f3.

I try to put everything I have learned from every great teacher and through every mistake I have made into each and every piece with as much passion as I have for art and for life itself. Artists have been accused of being self aggrandizing, long winded, name droppers. I hate it when the critics get it right!
