In Mesa Verde National Park, there are numerous pueblo dwelling sites carved in to cliff faces. The temptation, when visiting, is to photograph all the ancient cliff dweller habitats and I did that. But, I found that there was so much more to the place than just these magnificent abodes. The Anasazi chose this place for reasons lost in time. I have to believe that one of the reasons beyond the availability of game and water was simply that the place is so beautiful. The title refers to the way the clouds seem to be off level as if they were indicating that there is something important down below. And, I feel that there is.

All of my works are fine art photographs. The Fine Art America algorithms do not allow photos to be sold as original art so in order to offer the original piece, my work must be listed as digital art. My work offered as "original' means that I will not sell the image to anyone else. The purchaser is guaranteed a one of a kind image which can only be acquired through direct contact with me.
